IHEP and 29 Civil Rights Organizations Call on the Department of Education to Withdraw Interim Final Rule on Student Eligibility for Funds Under the CARES Act

The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) joined 29 civil rights organizations to submit a comment letter asking the Department of Education to withdraw the interim final rule on the Eligibility of Students at Institutions of Higher Education for Funds Under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act (Docket ID ED-2020-OPE-0078).
