The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) joined more than 40 higher education, early education and child care, civil rights, and community-based organizations in asking Congress to promote success for student parents during the coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) crisis by devoting resources to expand child care access, address food insecurity, and expand broadband connectivity.
