IHEP and Members of the Postsecondary Data Collaborative (PostsecData) Respond to the Proposed Quarterly Data Collection for the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF)

The Institute for Higher Education Policy (IHEP) and 15 members and partners of the Postsecondary Data Collaborative (PostsecData) have submitted a public comment letter in response to the proposed quarterly data collection for institutions receiving funds through the CARES Act Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). The letter thanks the Department of Education (ED) for adding quarterly reporting for the institutional portion of HEERF, but recommends including the emergency financial aid grants to students in the quarterly reporting form.
